I’m a 30-Something, based in Toronto Ontario. I love to cook and host parties for my friends - so I thought I’d put the things I make out into the world.

This site is going to be a collection of home made food and cocktails, as well as spotlights on great restaurants and bars I find along my travels.

Why Safer By This?

Safer By This is the english translation of the Motto printed on my Family crest Hoc Securiour. While it was historically about being protected physically, I like to think of the emotional nourishment that comes from sharing a meal or a drink with friends. We are made better through our interactions with each other. So together we can be better and safer through our connections.
